On offer is a varied role where you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee production planning, improve shop floor efficiency and develop a motivated and high performing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role would suit a Production / Supervisor, looking to take the next step in their career with a growing business where you will get to make your own mark.
The Role:
- Managing production planning and shop floor operations
- Improving efficiency, productivity and team performance
- Monday - Thursday 7:45am - 5:15pm, Friday finish at 12:45pm
- Production management or supervisory experience
- Manufacturing background
- Commutable to Uckfield
