We are looking for a proactive Production Manager (f/m/d) to lead and optimize our painting and assembly operations. In this role, you will drive performance across production processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and team engagement in a dynamic industrial environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define production objectives, plan schedules, and ensure optimal alignment between workload and capacity


• Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing team while fostering a positive working environment


• Implement and drive the industrial strategy across shopfloors


• Ensure and continuously improve product quality through appropriate processes and controls


• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance activities

• Solid experience in industrial production, operations, or manufacturing management


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams


• Strong understanding of quality management and continuous improvement methodologies


• Ability to manage complex operations and make decisions in a fast\-paced environment


• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Standard working hours and freedom in organizing work ensure a good work\-life balance
