Production Manager (FTE July - May 2027)

As our new Production Manager you'll join the Creative Studio team based in Stockholm, reporting to our CMO, working to bring Lunar's brand to life across every touchpoint. This is a fixed\-term full\-time maternity cover position from July 2026 to May 2027\.
What will you do?
- Own traffic management across the Studio — maintaining a clear, real\-time view of what's in flight, what's next, and where the pressure points are
- Drive end\-to\-end project management from brief intake to final delivery, ensuring every project lands on time and to brief
- Lead the Studio team operationally day\-to\-day — keeping people focused, unblocked, and clear on priorities
- Be the primary point of contact for external agencies and production partners, including coordinating our brand rollout with agency partners
- Document and continuously improve Studio workflows, so the team operates from consistent, repeatable frameworks
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar operational role within a creative agency or in\-house studio environment
- Experience leading and coordinating creative teams operationally, with a track record of keeping complex projects moving simultaneously
- Strong project management skills — you hold many threads at once and don't drop any
- Comfortable managing external agencies, production partners, and senior stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, and solutions\-oriented — you spot problems before they become blockers
- Comfortable with project management tools
- 8\-10 years of experience from a high paced agency / brand.
