Production Manager for Dayshift

As Production Manager in our Heat/Cooling factory, you will be responsible for leading daily operations on the day shift by ensuring a smooth production flow, effective staffing, and a positive and engaging work environment. More specifically you will be:

• Securing daily production targets with a strong focus on quality and efficiency


• Driving team development through hands\-on leadership, training, and feedback


• Strengthening our LEAN culture by optimizing processes and workflows


• Promoting a proactive safety and well\-being culture on the production floor

Working hours are mainly between 06:00 and 14:00

Meet your future team

You will be part of our Heat and Cooling factory, where you will be responsible for a team of 30 dedicated Production Workers who oversee the full production of our heat and cooling meters, using both advanced automation and manual assembly. You will also be part of the factory’s leadership team, where close collaboration, ongoing development, and a strong focus on quality and timely delivery are essential. Driven by continuous improvement, we believe that a strong team culture as well as professional sparring, knowledge sharing, and an informal tone are essential for creating the best workplace and achieving work related goals.

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Production Manager who is passionate about both production excellence and people development. • Bring a technical background and leadership experience, ideally from both automated production and manual assembly

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
