Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team in overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring efficiency in our production operations.

\- Implement and manage production schedules to meet customer demands
\- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of production
\- Utilise Sage systems for inventory management and tracking
\- Coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery of materials
\- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
\- Streamline business processes to optimise production efficiency
\- Apply manufacturing knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
\*Skills\*
\- Proficiency in quality control methodologies
\- Experience with Sage or other inventory management systems
\- Ability to understand manufacturing machinery as needed
\- Understanding of supply chain principles
\- Strong background in continuous improvement practices
\- Knowledge of business processes related to manufacturing operations
\- Manufacturing knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
