A Day in the Life
As a Production Engineer at our Cobelsa plant in Spain, you will be a key driver of manufacturing excellence. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will join a dynamic team focused on optimizing our production processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This is a role where your analytical mindset and curiosity will directly impact how we create the products our consumers love.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Quality teams to monitor and enhance manufacturing performance.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the integration of new products and technologies on the production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch.

To be a great fit for this role, you possess the following core skills:
- Production Planning \& Execution: Ability to execute weekly production schedules using SAP and Excel, optimizing resource and equipment usage to ensure all manufacturing objectives and deadlines are met.
- Operational \& Supplier Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with maintenance and consumable suppliers, guaranteeing stock availability and technical service reliability to prevent production line downtime.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced use of Excel for data management and hands\-on experience with SAP for production planning and inventory control.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Problem\-Solving: Capability to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and drive implementation.
- Project Management: Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams to achieve common goals.
