Production Engineer
Job Overview
This position is ideal for an engineering graduate looking to develop hands\-on experience in a high\-tech manufacturing environment. The Production Engineer will work closely with the engineering team, supporting all aspects of production, automation, and process development. This role will involve working directly with the technical lead, providing key support in engineering and manufacturing challenges.
Duties
- · Manufacturing \& process improvement: Support the setup, operation, and refinement of in\-house production lines to improve efficiency and quality.
· CAD \& design: Assist in the design, modification, and improvement of mechanical components and production layouts.
· Assembly \& testing: Participate in the assembly, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery.
· Equipment maintenance \& optimization: Assist with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of automated and mechanical systems.
· Quality control \& documentation: Ensure production standards are met through testing, inspection, and reporting.
· Project development: Contribute to R\&D efforts, including automation, machine design improvements, and manufacturing innovation.
· Collaboration: Work with production staff, engineers, and management to refine processes and resolve technical issues.
