Production & Distribution Manager

The role

You will join a passionate, versatile team to take charge of developing our offer and its distribution across both B2C and B2B channels. As the central point of contact between production, sales and digital, you will play a cross-functional, strategic role.

Your main responsibilities

1. Enriching and improving the online offer

-- Design and publish new trips, new themes and inspirational content

-- Work on on-page SEO: content optimisation, structure, destination-related keywords

-- Regularly update content based on the seasons, new offers and feedback from the field

-- Ensure editorial consistency and protect the Échappée Nord brand image

-- Monitor performance and adjust content based on the data

2. B2B development & agency prospecting

-- Create itinineries for our partner agencies

-- Prospect new travel agencies

-- Maintain and grow relationships with our existing portfolio of agencies

-- Take part in commercial exchanges: responding to enquiries, sending standard proposals

3. Contributing to development projects

-- Be involved in the agency's projects

-- Contribute to thinking around new markets and new types of trips

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone rigorous, independent and passionate about Scandinavia, equally comfortable with an Excel spreadsheet, an editorial brief or a prospecting call.

Must-haves

-- Good knowledge of the Nordic destinations

-- A flair for writing: you produce clear, engaging content tailored to the audience

-- SEO fundamentals (on-page): you understand what organic search requires

-- Commercial confidence: in writing or on the phone, you know how to convince

-- French (main working language) + fluent English

-- Independence, organisation and the ability to juggle several topics at once

Nice-to-haves

-- German or another European language

-- Experience in a similar role

-- Experience in a travel agency, tour operator or distribution platform

-- A varied travel background

-- A taste for small-business environments where you build things from end to end
