Production Designer

Designer / Maker

Type: Full\-time

We’re looking for a creative and hands\-on Designer / Maker who enjoys designing and building experiences for innovative brands. You’ll bring ideas to life from initial concepts to perfectly finished builds and take pride in crafting work with integrity and attention to detail.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll split your time between designing and concept creation and making the final physical products or environments. You’ll be confident communicating ideas, solving problems, and managing time effectively in a fast\-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Turn client briefs into beautifully crafted finished products and environments.


• Design and develop concepts, models, and prototypes.


• Create technical drawings and production\-ready files.


• Work hands\-on in the workshop to build, assemble, and finish projects.


• Collaborate closely with the team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360\) and comfort learning new software.


• Experience with Google SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fusion 360, Vectric VCarve, or ArtCAM (some or all).


• Strong understanding of production, construction, and technical drawing.


• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.


• Fluent in written and spoken English.


• A proactive, self\-learning attitude and problem\-solving mindset.


• (Bonus) Experience using a CNC machine, particularly for furniture making.

Because our process thrives on collaboration and hands\-on energy, this role is office\-based at our Waltham Abbey, Essex (North London) studio.
