About the role :
The position is based within the Industrialisation department of VITEC’s Operations division. It is part of a versatile environment, with responsibilities primarily focused on two key areas of the department: production database management and product testing.
Your responsibilities : *The following list, which is indicative and not exhaustive, outlines the main responsibilities of the role for the two main areas of activity :*
Development, implementation and monitoring of production software tools :
- Under the supervision of the Industrialisation Engineer and in collaboration with project managers and the quality team, collecting, consolidating and documenting information relating to the production traceability strategy.
Preparing for the handover and monitoring the roll\-out at the sites of industrial partners responsible
for product manufacturing (occasional travel).
- Coordinating the deployment, in conjunction with VITEC’s IT teams and industrial partners, of the network infrastructure dedicated to the company’s production at partner sites. Ensuring that this infrastructure is maintained in operational condition.
- With the support of the technician in charge of production test benches, managing the entire fleet of equipment deployed at production sites and defining hardware requirements.
Testing methods :
- Working in tandem with the technician primarily responsible for these aspects, collect, consolidate and document information relating to the production testing strategy.
- Write test scripts using the available generic tools.
- Identify any requirements for additional development. Where necessary, in conjunction with the project manager, coordinate stakeholders (technical experts, etc.) to ensure their implementation.
- Verify and validate the solutions developed.

About you :
An experienced technician with 3 to 8 years’ experience, with a background in electronics, industrialisation or an equivalent technical field.
With a hybrid profile, you have gained solid experience in an industrial environment, particularly in product testing or production, and combine a strong aptitude for hands\-on work with development and testing skills (scripting, databases, and even basic networking knowledge).
Independent and meticulous, you are able to work effectively in a multi\-stakeholder environment and collaborate efficiently with a variety of contacts. Comfortable with IT tools and industrial environments, you are proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in technical English, both written and spoken, is an asset for success in this role.
