Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee and manage daily production activities. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The Production Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Shelargroup BV’s reputation for excellence in production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate production activities including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients to ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain records of production schedules, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support procurement and resource allocation activities.
- Prepare performance reports and monitor production KPIs.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and staff workshops.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ manufacturing regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and production management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
