Bray Design are a leading bespoke furniture design and manufacturing company based in a picturesque rural location in Warfield, Bracknell,Berkshire.
We work with the leading brand interior designers in the UK and specialize in high end furniture for luxury hotels, super yachts, penthouses and high end residential properties.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has planning and manufacturing experience to join our fun team. This role involves working closely with interior designers and design projects, scheduling deliveries, ordering components, invoiccing and general administrative tasks
Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, no job is ever the same so if you would like the challenge of an ever changing work flow and have an eye for detail this could be the role for you.
Must have own transport due to rural location.
Excellent salary based on experience.

Job summary
Responsible for the efficient co\-ordination of the delivery schedule, collections and site visits around continually changing priorities. Communicating directly with clients and ensuring all relevant documentation and schedules are prepared and communicated internally.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Scheduling deliveries and collections internally and externally via the design team or directly with the client
· Preparing and printing the job cards a week in advance aligned to the production planning schedule.
· Scheduling site visits for access checks and templating and obtaining the site visit notes in advance from the design team
· Following up on cushion, fabric, frame and metal orders to meet the production schedule and ensuring the database is updated to reflect the status each component
· Keeping track of photographs required and ensuring these reach the clients
Job Types: Permanent, Full\-time
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
