What you'll do
------------------

As a Production Coördinator, you are the driving force on our production floor. You ensure that everything runs smoothly—from planning to execution, and from quality to teamwork. You actively participate in the production process while maintaining an overview of daily operations. You know exactly what needs to happen to keep production running safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Together with the Production Team Leader, you ensure that daily operations run seamlessly. While the Team Leader focuses on the bigger picture, you make a difference on the shop floor. You assign work, support your colleagues, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.

You are the first point of contact for the production team. You guide colleagues, answer questions, and step in immediately whenever challenges arise. Whether it's a production order, a quality deviation, or a practical issue on the production floor, you remain calm under pressure and make sure an effective solution is found.

But you're more than just a working supervisor. You look beyond today's tasks. You identify opportunities to make processes smarter, faster, and more efficient, and actively contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Together with the Production Team Leader, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams, you work every day to make our production processes even better.

Safety and quality always come first. You ensure that work instructions are followed, perform quality inspections, and make sure everyone works safely. In doing so, you make an important contribution to the reliability and quality that Geris is known for.

What we're looking for

• MBO\-level working and thinking ability (vocational education or equivalent).


• Relevant work experience in a food production environment.


• Experience coaching or supervising production employees.


• Knowledge of production processes and quality and safety standards.


• Excellent command of English. Polish or Dutch language skills are a plus.


• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and decisiveness.


• A structured, flexible, and solution\-oriented working style.


• You enjoy working in a dynamic production environment that is constantly evolving.
