Production Coordinator – Bespoke Kitchens

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday

We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the successful delivery of our bespoke kitchen projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a background in bespoke kitchens who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of bespoke kitchen projects from design approval through to delivery and installation.


• Coordinate production schedules to ensure deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.


• Organise and oversee logistics, including material availability, deliveries, and transportation schedules.


• Act as a central point of communication between design, production, suppliers, installers, and customers.


• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production issues.


• Ensure a smooth and efficient transition through every stage of the process, from initial design to final delivery


• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and production documentation.


• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflow management.

• Previous experience working within the bespoke kitchen industry is essential.


• Proven experience in a Production Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.


• Naturally outgoing and confident when liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Methodical approach to planning, coordination, and project management.


• Logical problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.


• Exceptional attention to detail.


• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced in coordinating bespoke kitchen projects


• Maintaining the smooth flow of projects from concept through to completion


• Highly organised


• Commercially aware


• You will be comfortable managing competing priorities
