Production Administrator

Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Braintree, Essex.

This is a hands-on role combining production duties, inventory control, packing and shipping responsibilities, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating laser, thermal printing and CS-9018 cutting equipment
Adjusting production priorities to meet customer requirements
Carrying out quality inspections on work in progress and finished products
Packing and dispatching customer orders
Producing commercial invoices for international shipments
Updating e-commerce systems with tracking information and freight costs
Managing specialist shipping processes for international customers
Maintaining accurate stock and production records

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Basic computer skills and experience updating systems

Monday - Friday
40 hour week
