Purpose Statement: To contribute to the quality and timely delivery of Plexus products by applying technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Job Accountabilities:

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high\-quality, cost\-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.


• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.


• Demonstrates a basic, discipline\-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements \& Specifications as it applies to their role.


• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.


• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
