We're a multi\-brand e\-commerce group built around our accessories brands (Schwartz \& von Halen and Fratelli Orsini), with a strong focus on leather gloves. We've grown quickly and continue to grow across the EU, UK, and US, and we're expanding the team to scale further.

The role

We're hiring a Product \& Sourcing Manager (24h/week) to own everything between “we need a product” and “it's in stock and ready to sell”. That covers sourcing, samples, packaging, and components, across all our brands. Product development is hands\-on and yours to run, including the physical samples at our Amsterdam office in “de Pijp”. You’ll get a chance to travel internationally to visit factories and meet our suppliers. Our remote supply chain lead is your closest partner here: once a PO is placed, he owns the day\-to\-day operational execution, while you own it at a management level and make sure everything runs smoothly. Demand planning and performance analysis stay with the founders, though you'll work closely with them on it. You'll help expand our product range into new categories across all brands.

What you'll own

• Sourcing: find, vet, and manage suppliers and manufacturers; negotiate pricing and terms


• Samples: run the sample process end\-to\-end, evaluate quality and fit, and present new products and packaging to the founders for sign\-off


• Packaging \& prop components: source packaging, tags, barcodes, and hangtags; coordinate specs with our designer (execution, not design).


• Production \& POs: create purchase orders in our system — new products and reorders or updates to existing ones alike. Once a PO is placed, our supply chain lead owns the day\-to\-day operational execution; you own it at a management level, staying on top of timelines and making sure everything runs smoothly through to delivery.


• Product range: identify and pursue new product opportunities across brands, feeding supplier and market knowledge back into the business

• Experience in sourcing, product development and supplier management — consumer goods or apparel/accessories preferred


• Comfortable owning supplier relationships and negotiations independently


• Detail\-oriented enough to keep multiple timelines and POs on track


• Strong communicator, based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands, able to work from our Amsterdam office


• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

• A good MacBook and the equipment you need


• Flexible hybrid work (office/home). If you’d like to work from abroad for a stretch, that’s fine with us too


• This is a part\-time role, fixed at 24 hours a week (€2,750–€3,250/month


• Commuting allowance, plus fully covered international travel for supplier and factory visits (Italy, China, and beyond)
