We are looking for a Product Owner Software to join our growing team.
In this role, you will shape the development of innovative software products in telemedicine, from the first idea through to successful implementation. You will make sure that our solutions are consistently aligned with the needs of our customers and create real added value in healthcare delivery.
Your responsibilities will include further developing the product vision, specifying requirements clearly and making targeted use of modern AI technologies. You will structure and prioritize backlog items, translate customer needs into clear product requirements and work with the team to decide which features provide the greatest benefit for users, patients and care partners.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner in IT or software project management, ideally in the e\-health or medical software sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear and detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Confident use of agile tools such as JIRA or Signal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to handle complex product challenges
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multinational team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements for medical software is an advantage.
- Experience with AI tools for requirements engineering is an advantage.
- Degree in computer science, information technology, natural sciences or a related technical field
