WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys turning complex business needs into smart, user\-friendly solutions. As a Functional Analyst / Proxy Product Owner, you’ll be the link between our business teams and developers, translating ideas into clear requirements and helping shape tools that truly support our day\-to\-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, and create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Solution Design: Work closely with the development team to design and implement solutions that align with business needs.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing process to ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Product Ownership: In the absence of a dedicated Product Owner, take on the responsibilities of prioritizing the product backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and making decisions on product features and functionality.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and the development team.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, and the ability to understand technical concepts.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure that all requirements are accurately captured and documented.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and to prioritize work effectively.
