Role Summary
As a Product Owner Associate, your mission is to be involved to help the team to reduce the technical debt, ensuring product quality, monitoring performance.
This is a hands\-on, experimental role with real ownership and plenty of room to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Help gather and formalise user requirements
- Carry out functional and business impact assessments for new solutions to be implemented
- Contribute to the feature design phase in collaboration with the UX/UI design team
- Draft functional documentation and specifications
- Actively participate in and facilitate the team’s agile rituals
- Ensure the monitoring and quality of deliverables
- Monitor and validate quality by verifying that the product and features developed accurately meet business requirements, in consultation with business leads, experts and other users
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, product, business, digital, or a related field.
- Genuine curiosity for AI and a hands\-on, experimental mindset.
- Already comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney.
- You enjoy teaching and explaining things simply to others.
- Strong written communication in English and French.
- Organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- Comfortable with Google Suite, willing to learn new tools.
