Job: Business Analyst / Product Owner

We are looking for talented Business Analyst / Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and driving successful delivery across the business. Youll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure our platform continues to lead the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership, influence product direction, and be part of a high\-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.

  • Document and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.

  • Ensure all requirements are captured and validated.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team.

  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients to discuss project status, updates, and feedback.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem\-solving.

  • Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritise user stories and manage the product backlog.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are well\-understood and actionable.

  • Design and create mock\-ups using tools like Figma.

  • Present mock\-ups to clients and gather feedback for iterative improvement.

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals.

  • Work with QA team and participate in testing prep and execution activities as needed, to ensure

  • developed solutions meet requirements.

  • Help triage issues with developers

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

  • Help to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5\+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Ideally some Project management/delivery experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

  • Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Confluence (desirable but not essential).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Experience working in a technology or software development environment.

  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
