As we scale, the way we communicate our products — to prospects, to customers, and inside the product itself — becomes a key commercial lever. We need to make sure the right message reaches the right person at the right moment, whether that is through a campaign that generates a demo request or a timely in\-app message that helps a customer get more value.
That is why we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.
About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Talentech, you sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, but your two most important outputs are commercial impact and product adoption.
On the commercial side, you drive lead generation through sharp positioning, targeted messaging, and go\-to\-market campaigns that bring new opportunities into the pipeline. You work closely with the demand generation team to ensure product launches and feature releases translate into concrete marketing activity and qualified leads.
On the product side, you own our in\-product communication strategy. Together with the Product team, you plan and execute how we communicate with users directly inside the platform — from onboarding flows and feature announcements to adoption nudges and upsell moments. You think about timing, audience, and message, and you use tools like Userflow to bring it to life.
This is not a role for someone who wants to write briefs and hand them off. It is for someone who wants to get close to the product, understand what customers actually do and struggle with, and build communication that drives both new business and deeper product engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own in\-product communication strategy and execution — plan, write, and optimise in\-app messages, onboarding flows, and product update communications in close collaboration with the Product team
- Drive lead generation through product\-led marketing — turn product updates, launches, and customer stories into campaigns and content that generate pipeline
- Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging across the product portfolio
- Lead go\-to\-market planning for product launches and feature releases, from strategy through execution
- Work closely with the Product team day\-to\-day to stay aligned with roadmap, priorities, and customer feedback
- Support Sales with messaging, materials, and enablement so they can represent our products clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with Customer Success to understand how customers use the product, where they get stuck, and what creates real value
- Build structure and scalable ways of working for product marketing at Talentech
- 3\+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience with in\-product communication — writing and executing in\-app messaging, onboarding flows, or product adoption campaigns (experience with tools like Userflow, Intercom, or similar is a plus)
- A track record of contributing to lead generation — you understand how product marketing connects to pipeline, not just awareness
- Strong ability to understand complex products and communicate them simply and clearly
- Experience working closely with product teams and keeping pace with a fast\-moving roadmap
- Excellent writing skills in both Swedish and English, with a natural and direct tone
- A structured, self\-driven way of working — you build process where none exists
- Experience from HR tech, recruitment tech, or B2B SaaS platforms is an advantage
- Genuinely curious about how products work and how people use them
- Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands\-on execution on the same day
- Strong at creating clarity — in complex products, across teams, and in the messages you write
- Someone who cares about commercial results, not just communication quality
- Collaborative and low\-ego, confident working across teams without needing to own everything
