Product Marketing Manager

We ship more than we tell. New features and improvements go live faster than we manage to tell the world about them. That's the job.

Talentech is one brand today, built from several companies that came together over the past few years. You'll be our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager. There's no playbook to inherit. You'll create it.

Your main responsibility is to translate what we build into communication that drives both new business and deeper product adoption, from go\-to\-market campaigns that generate pipeline to in\-app messages that help customers get real value.

What you'll do

• Own and champion product marketing at Talentech: the strategy, the messaging, launch calendars across all products and markets, and the internal engagement to make it everyone's business


• Run go\-to\-market for launches end to end: positioning, messaging, and the material sales needs to sell it


• Turn launches, updates, and customer stories into content and campaigns that generate pipeline


• Plan and write in\-app communication with input from the product team, so customers actually find and use what we build


• Set up ways of working that hold across products and markets without turning into bureaucracy

There's a product marketing plan your colleagues understand. Launches follow a process that Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success actually use. Launches generate leads, and you can show it.

What we're looking for

• You have a commercial mindset and 3\+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience


• You are pragmatic and create practical processes, connect product marketing to pipeline, and know when to scale a launch or keep it simple


• You have hands\-on experience with in\-app messaging and product adoption campaigns, and can explain complex products clearly.


• You can take a complex product and explain it simply, without losing what makes it good


• You have strong English writing and speak at least one Scandinavian language fluently

• Nice if you have


• Experience with in\-app messaging tools like Userflow or similar


• Launched AI products before

The details

Scope: Full\-time

Location: We welcome applications from Denmark (Copenhagen), Norway (Oslo, Bodø), Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund, Trollhättan), Finland (Oulu, Helsinki).

Reporting to: Director of Innovation, in the product organization
