Augment Life is a fast\-growing Berlin\-based longevity supplement brand. We sell evidence\-based anti\-aging products — NAD, Liposomals, Coenzyme Q10, Berberine, Magnesium Glycinate, and red light therapy devices — to health\-conscious customers across Europe. We're a small, ambitious team of nine in active growth mode: expanding into retail, raising capital, and launching new product lines. This is a founding\-level product marketing role with direct impact on revenue, retention, and brand.
What you'll own
- All product information online — product pages, landing pages, bundle descriptions, FAQs — written to educate, convert, and rank. You are the single owner of this content and its performance.
- Conversion rate optimisation across the full funnel: A/B testing copy, layout, imagery, and CTAs to improve first\-time buyer conversion and reduce drop\-off at key stages.
- First\-time buyer experience: map the journey from ad click to first purchase, identify friction points, and systematically remove them — from how we describe ingredients to how we handle objections at checkout.
- Return buyer and cross\-sell strategy: understand what drives repeat purchase, design post\-purchase flows and on\-site experiences that introduce customers to complementary products (e.g. NMN → Urolithin A → red light devices).
- Offline product experience: write and design in\-package flyers, onboarding inserts, usage guides, and product education materials that turn first\-time buyers into loyal advocates.
- Product labelling: ensure labelling is accurate, compliant, and written in language that is accessible to our customers — not just regulators.
- New product and variant development: research emerging longevity ingredients, study customer feedback, monitor demand signals, and propose new SKUs or format variants (dosage, bundles, subscriptions).
- Competitive intelligence: continuously monitor European competitors on pricing, positioning, claims, and packaging — maintain a live competitive map and identify pricing gaps we can exploit.
- Content direction: brief and guide the marketing manager on the product\-level angle for blog posts, research content, and social media — ensuring content serves both SEO and product education goals.
- 3–6 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a content/ecommerce role with measurable conversion outcomes — ideally in health, wellness, DTC, or consumer goods.
- Strong writer in English; German is a significant advantage for our core market.
- Comfortable pulling data from Shopify, Google Analytics, or similar — you make decisions from numbers, not gut feel alone.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and a mindset for iterating quickly on copy and UX hypotheses.
- A genuine interest in longevity science, healthy ageing, or evidence\-based nutrition — you don't need a biology degree, but you need to care enough to go deep on our ingredients.
- Highly organised self\-starter; able to manage multiple workstreams across digital, offline, and cross\-functional projects without losing attention to detail.
- Experience briefing designers and working with brand guidelines to produce polished offline materials (inserts, labels, packaging copy).
- Experience with European supplement regulations (EFSA claims, LMIV labelling) or willingness to get up to speed quickly.
- Familiarity with retail product catalogues or trade marketing — we are actively expanding into DM, Rossmann, and Müller.
- Background in email marketing or lifecycle flows (Klaviyo or similar) for cross\-sell and retention campaigns.
- Experience in a startup environment where you've had to build processes, not just follow them.
