Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

In the role of a Product Marketing Manager you will

• Drive product definition from a market perspective, translating customer requirements and application challenges into differentiated SiConic platform solutions


• Shape the SiConic platform strategy by combining customer insight, market trends, and business impact (including ROI considerations)


• Provide structured input to Product Management for roadmap and feature prioritization based on market and application requirements


• Define and communicate competitive positioning and value propositions for SiConic solutions


• Represent Product Marketing in cross\-functional development teams, ensuring alignment between market needs and product implementation, compelling business case and pricing, lead customer validation


• Develop introduction strategies for new solutions in close alignment with Sales and Business Development


• Consult senior management on market trends, customer validation strategies, and new application opportunities


• Establish and manage strategic ecosystem partnerships to enable differentiated end\-to\-end solutions

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent)


• Several years of experience in silicon validation or test and/or years of experience in Marketing / Product Management (or equivalent)


• Profound understanding of electronic solutions (HW/SW) and their development processes and tools


• Proven customer experience – breaking into new market segments and user groups


• Attitude to win – oftentimes requiring hands on problem solving


• Structured approach to problem analysis and problem solving


• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in cross\-functional and global environment


• Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to discuss technical and business solutions directly with industry leaders.


• Fluent English skills combined with an interest in travel (approx. 20%) in order to maintain relationship with customers and other Advantest sites in Asia, U.S. and Europe.

• Relevant experience in Semiconductor business


• Experience with Semiconductor, EDA, Design, Design Verification, Silicon Validation, Test and Measurement, or Semiconductor Manufacturing flow


• Experience in strategic planning


• Leadership in cross functional teams


• Fluent German language skills
