Product Marketing Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a commercially sharp Product Marketing Manager who connects market reality with go\-to\-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing — with real autonomy and strategic influence over how Aceve positions and takes its products to market. You will turn customer insight, competitive signals, and sales feedback into clear perspectives and assets that help Aceve win in the market.
What will you do:
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own Aceve's Voice of the Market capability and drive go\-to\-market execution for product launches. Working closely with Product Managers, Sales leaders, and Marketing, you will ensure our messaging, positioning, and sales assets are grounded in real customer value and competitive differentiation.
- Build and drive Aceve's Voice of the Market work — collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing input from customers, sales, usage data, competitors, and market signals
- Turn market and sales input into clear perspectives and concrete recommendations that influence go\-to\-market decisions, positioning, and prioritization
- Own go\-to\-market execution for product launches, ensuring messaging, narratives, and timing are aligned and commercially effective
- Identify, create, and refine the sales enablement assets that most effectively support sales in real deals — iterating based on win/loss patterns and deal outcomes
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure go\-to\-market decisions are grounded in market reality and executed with clarity
- Support leadership with concise, decision\-oriented insights that guide strategic and commercial choices
- Shape how Aceve's products are positioned in the market, with genuine influence over the direction of our messaging and go\-to\-market strategy
- 5\+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, pre\-sales, or growth — ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast\-moving scale\-up
- A strong commercial mindset, with hands\-on experience creating go\-to\-market or sales enablement material that drives real revenue outcomes
- The ability to structure complex information quickly, synthesize insights, and turn them into clear, actionable output
- Confidence working cross\-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing — including senior stakeholders — and communicating your recommendations with conviction
- Experience from a B2B or scale\-up environment where you've had to operate with autonomy and move fast in the face of ambiguity
- A genuine interest in AI and how it is shaping product, marketing, and commercial workflows
- Background in management consulting, particularly when combined with a hands\-on commercial role close to sales or product
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve analysis, insight generation, or content creation
