Are you a product marketer who loves the outdoors?

We’re working with an established consumer goods business to find a talented Product Marketing Executive to join their growing Marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership of a product category – from launch through to lifecycle management – within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll take the lead on bringing Outdoor products to market and keeping them performing. Day-to-day, that means:

• Planning and executing Go-to-Market campaigns for new product launches – positioning, pricing, content, sales materials, POS, and campaigns.


• Building product content and digital assets that clearly communicate features, benefits, and USPs.


• Managing the Outdoor portfolio – tracking performance, spotting issues, and driving tactical responses with Sales and Brand Marketing.


• Keeping a close eye on competitors and market trends, and turning that intelligence into actionable recommendations.


• Supporting exhibitions and trade shows – with some personal attendance required.


• Managing the Product Marketing budget.


• Collaborating across Product Development, Brand Marketing, Sales, Digital, Customer Care, and external agencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid product marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, outdoor, sports, or a similarly technical product category.


• Proven ability to plan and deliver Go-to-Market programmes end to end.


• Strong content creation and copywriting skills – you can translate product features into compelling marketing.


• Commercially minded – comfortable using data to assess portfolio performance and inform decisions.


• A natural collaborator who can influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.


• Budget management experience.


• Happy to travel occasionally and attend events/exhibitions.
