Product Marketing & Client Campaigns Coordinator (Accounting, Tax, Payroll & Legal services)
The Product Marketing \& Client Campaigns Coordinator will be responsiblefor driving revenue growth as it relates to cross\-selling and referrals from existing clients. This will require the ability to wear multiple hats to deliver timely and effective campaigns to ensure opportunities are converted to revenue in an effective manner. This role requires a data and commercial mind set and the ability to execute campaigns on tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior managers. Prior experience and knowledge of international corporate services including legal set\-up, transfer pricing, accounting, tax compliance is required.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Intelligence \& Market Insights
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
- Develop actionable insights that strategic business decisions
- Establish regular reporting on market developments and competitive positioning
- Provide regular metrics and marketing intelligence mapped back to targets, including: competitors, products, whitespace monitoring
- Map and monitor Referrers \& Commercial Partners
- Support Director of Strategic Growth on necessary market insights related to new clients
- After CMO, strengthen relationships with institutions, local partners existing clients to support sales efforts linked to cross selling and referrals
- Own relationships with Commercial allies
- Regular alignment with Director of Strategic Growth marketing to ensure existing clients campaigns and efforts are complementary and elevating brand
- Assist business unit leaders with new product opportunities
- Own client satisfaction surveys and monitoring
- Own, execute and monitor existing client campaigns to generate incidental revenues \& product geographic expansion. This will require owning the entire chain of campaign development and execution including clearly defined metrics, benchmarks and targets, key messages and activity deployment
- Work with external M\&A consulate on corporate due dliligence. Build \& execute campaign for cross selling \& upselling in M\&A (to and from)
Spanish and English language skills
Prior experience working in international corporate services including legal set\-up, transfer pricing, accounting, tax compliance.

- Revenue contribution from marketing initiatives related to existing clients
- Reaching cross selling and referral targets outlined in yearly budget
