Accountabilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for video creation, editing, and AI-assisted workflow experiences.
- Lead the evolution of intelligent content creation tools, integrating AI-powered assistance into a seamless user experience.
- Prioritize features, initiatives, and investments based on customer insights, business objectives, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful releases.
- Champion exceptional user experience standards and advocate for intuitive, accessible product design.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and key decisions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Identify emerging opportunities in generative AI and video technology to ensure long-term product competitiveness and innovation.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record managing successful products with substantial user engagement and business impact.
- Strong experience with creative tools, collaboration platforms, content creation products, or other experience-centric software solutions.
- Deep product intuition with a customer-first mindset and strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, define strategy, and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of video creation, editing workflows, and the challenges associated with content production platforms.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver technically sophisticated products.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational direction and build consensus around strategic priorities.
- Passion for AI-driven innovation and emerging technologies that reshape user workflows and productivity.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-autonomy environments with end-to-end ownership responsibilities.
