We are expanding and are looking for a Product Manager, Omnichannel Store Systems, to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.

The role:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product Innovation \& Delivery: Drive the innovation and delivery of digital products to ensure a seamless experience across all retail touchpoints.

  • Application Management: Administer and maintain the digital product ecosystem, with a focus on retail\-facing applications and the 'Fraegra' Shopify Platform.

  • User Experience Optimization: Provision and configure digital resources to improve efficiency for colleagues and enhance the customer journey.

  • Commercial Impact: Monitor omnichannel systems for performance and availability to assist in increasing and maintaining revenue.

  • Efficiency Initiatives: Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve overall business and application efficiency.

  • Access Management: Manage identity and access controls for colleagues and customers using Azure Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient application usage.

  • Incident \& Troubleshooting: Support incident management and troubleshoot digital application issues to minimize disruption to the customer journey.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and procedures to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing.

  • Project Governance: Work on new requirement projects by gathering business needs and drafting technical specifications to drive innovation and delivery.

  • Risk Management: Identify security risks within the applications and implement controls to protect customer data and maintain revenue integrity.

  • Vendor Management: Conduct contract negotiations for 3rd party digital service and application providers.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor Content Delivery Networks (CDN) and remediate issues to ensure high\-performance digital experiences.
Innovation and Execution
  • Idea Generation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the store of the future by staying abreast of retail tech trends and colleague feedback.

  • Concept to Reality: Bridge the gap between abstract concepts and functional products by defining clear roadmaps and technical requirements.

  • Prototyping \& Testing: Lead the pilot phases for new features within ScentAddict and MyTFS, ensuring they solve real\-world friction points before full\-scale rollout.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of test and learn, utilizing data and store feedback to iterate on existing applications and drive long\-term revenue growth.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, digital administration, or infrastructure support.

  • Hands\-on knowledge of digital retail platforms, the Shopify ecosystem, and omnichannel applications.

  • Strong understanding of networking, storage, and IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts as they relate to application delivery.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Relevant certifications in product management or digital retail technology.
