Duties:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize features, releases, and investment areas.

  • Requirements Gathering and Definition:

  • Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.

  • Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility and usability of product features.

  • Product Development and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations, to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

  • Conduct regular product reviews, track progress, and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the development cycle.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product positioning and pricing strategies.

  • Monitor customer feedback and market demands to continuously improve and evolve the product offerings.

  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement materials.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product collateral, sales tools, and training programs.

  • Support product launches, including conducting product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions.

  • Product Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with customer success teams to gather customer insights, track product usage, and gather feedback for future iterations.

  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize and address bug fixes, enhancements, and feature requests.
Your Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the Cybersecurity industry tailored towards Posture Management.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market trends.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.

  • Strong customer focus and ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and market research.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

  • Familiarity with product management tools and technologies.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical considerations with market and business requirements.
