Product Manager – Lending & Deposits

E2E Group is a Stockholm\-based fintech company operating two brands:

• Enklare, one of Sweden’s leading online loan comparison platforms


• Entra, our own balance sheet lending operation

We are licensed under the Swedish Certain Consumer Credit\-related Operations Act (2014:275\) and stand under Finansinspektionen’s supervision, serving hundreds of thousands of Swedish consumers. We are a growing organisation of \~70 commercially sharp, collaborative, low\-ego and high\-ownership people.

The role
------------

You will be the Product Manager for Lending \& Deposits — two tightly integrated products within the Entra brand, sharing common websites, customer platforms, and core ledger.

Lending launched recently and Deposits is being scoped. Hence, this is not a steady\-state product role. You will make your mark on the lending product by taking it through its first iteration cycles while simultaneously shaping and launching the deposit product from the ground up. The role suits someone who enjoys momentum, navigating complexity, and hands\-on ownership.

What you will do
--------------------

• Own roadmap and backlog for both Lending \& Deposits, including prioritisation, sequencing, trade\-offs, and delivery rationale


• Lead post\-launch iteration of Lending: analyse performance, identify friction points, improve conversion, and continuously refine the customer experience


• Drive Deposits from scoping through launch and optimisation: define requirements, make scope decisions, align stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness


• Ensure scope and requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned before engineering work begins


• Own acceptance criteria, release decisions, and production readiness across both products


• Run sprint planning and backlog refinement together with the Tech Lead; manage dependencies and keep the team focused and unblocked


• Monitor delivery pace and sprint execution actively; reprioritise when needed and handle team capacity planning


• Coordinate and prioritise operational work across business, engineering and design, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product decisions reflect operational and portfolio realities


• Bring forward ideas on how the team can leverage automation/ML/AI to improve experience, efficiency, and ways of working


• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and resource needs clearly to CPTO and leadership

Who you are
---------------

• You are a technically savvy, hands‑on Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product engineering and business


• You enjoy owning/coordinating product development projects end to end, and build trust across teams to move complex work forward


• You have 5\+ years of product management experience from a regulated environment, ideally within B2C financial services, lending, deposits, or payments


• You are organised, driven, and entrepreneurial. You create structure rather than wait for it, and you are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information


• You are operationally strong and know how to keep a delivery team moving without losing attention to detail


• You enjoy both building new products and improving existing ones


• You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and can switch perspective seamlessly between details and big picture


• You’re curious about how AI can shape product development and are eager to explore its potential in a regulated environment


• Swedish and English proficiency is a plus
