THE POSITION
At Guerlain, we are looking for a Product Management intern for a full\-time internship starting in January 2027 for 6 months.
Within the Marketing and Retail teams, the Product Management Intern supports the local department in the development and execution of marketing, retail, and education strategies across the Netherlands market. This role is crucial in ensuring successful product launches, accurate forecasting, retail performance monitoring, competitive market analysis, and effective communication between headquarters in Paris and the local team.
Reporting to both the Product Manager and the Commercial \& Retail Project Manager, you will work cross\-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Education and external partners to ensure smooth execution. This internship offers a comprehensive and behind\-the\-scenes introduction to luxury brand marketing and retail within the LVMH Group.
Job responsibilities
1\. P RODUCT MANAGEMENT \& MARKETING:
\- Support Product Managers in preparing marketing presentations, meetings and business reviews.
\- Coordinate and share information, launches and marketing materials from the Paris headquarters with the NL Marketing team.
\- Assist in developing and implementing 360° marketing plans for key product launches and in\-store activations with our retail partners.
\- Support the forecasting, planning, monitoring and coordination of new product launches.
\- Conduct market, competitor, sales and purchasing analyses to support business decisions.
\- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations and internal communications.
2\. R ETAIL \& COMMERCIAL SUPPORT:
\- Support the Retail Manager with regular sales and performance reporting.
\- Monitor and consolidate retail KPIs, sell\-out results and other commercial data.
\- Assist with operational retail tasks, including POSM ordering, stock/material coordination and follow\-up with retail partners.
\- Be in regular contact with Beauty Consultants and Counter Managers to understand their needs and support day\-to\-day retail operations.
3\. E DUCATION \& TRAINING:
\- Support the Education Manager in the preparation and coordination of product trainings, masterclasses and larger\-scale events. .
\- Assist with the preparation of marketing presentations and product information.
\- Support the organization and follow\-up of training sessions for Beauty Consultants and retail teams.
\- Help coordinate event logistics, materials, invitations, suppliers and on\-site requirements.
Profile
\- University (WO) or University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree, preferably in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
\- Fluent in English, Dutch preferred, French is a bonus.
\- Good computer skills: including Excel and PowerPoint.
\- Meticulous working method. Retail \= Detail.

\- Team player, helpful, and enterprising.
\- Hands\-on mentality.

It all began with Pierre\-François\-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre\-François\-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
