Product Manager (f/m/d) – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Your tasks
Join Drooms as a Product Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our core platform. You’ll bridge the gap between customer needs, business goals, and technology, working closely with Engineering, Design, and cross\-functional teams to evolve our products, improve customer workflows, and deliver impactful solutions that create real value for our users and business.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, talented team to create world\-class products for our customers in a demanding B2B market
- Work closely with stakeholders from Design, Engineering, QA, and Marketing, and communicate effectively across functions
- Develop a deep understanding of our market, users, technology, and business model to help validate opportunities and identify real user problems
- Identify customer pain points through customer interactions, user research, and workshops
- Incorporate data, research, feedback, and market insights to define requirements, write user stories, and create clear acceptance criteria
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to conduct research and ensure a smooth product rollout and ongoing operations
- Help plan, coordinate, and deliver product features on time and within resource constraints
- Prepare internal and external product documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials
- Leverage AI tools, including Generative AI, to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision\-making in product development
- Plan and coordinate integrations with external systems, platforms, and partners, ensuring alignment across technical, product, and business stakeholders
- At least 3–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Track record in developing or managing successful software products and features
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, beyond existing solutions or business models
- Experience in using analytics, user research, product discovery methods, and prioritization frameworks to support product development
- A team player who builds strong cross\-functional relationships and involves stakeholders from all levels and departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence technology, design, and business teams
- Educational background in business, computer science, engineering, or similar field
- Experience in developing AI\-powered products
- Experience in working with API integrations (e.g. REST API, MCP)
- Excellent communication in English and German
- Familiarity with tools like Atlassian apps, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Power BI, Matomo, Tableau)
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer success dynamics
