Product Manager - Digital & Technology

Role Purpose

The Product Manager will play a fundamental role within the delivery team tasked with executing against the Leasing – CE division accelerated onboarding strategy that will leverage and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform and subsequent products for the regional markets. Specifically, the Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations across multiple CBRE systems and products.

The individual must possess a strong knowledge of product management, data platforms, data migrations, data marts, integrations and project management experience.

Advanced spoken and written English is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities Product Management / Business Analysis

• Understand and articulate data requirements, such as

o High level source to target mapping for various datasets

o Data model changes

o Data transformation rules

• Develop and prioritize a product backlog


• Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to align on requirements and solutioning Stakeholder Engagement


• Actively engage across both business and technical stakeholders around requirements, solutions and delivery timelines


• Act as a squad lead

Project Management

• Lead the end\-to\-end delivery of data products, ensuring timely execution of milestones.


• Draft delivery plans, such as data migration plans


• Work with the Program Manager to ensure all artifacts are up to date and draft regular progress communications

Person Specification/Requirements Basic Qualifications

• Degree in a related field of work or equivalent work experience


• 5\+ years’ experience in product management, program management or technology

o Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies

o Experience with backlog creation and management

o Technical competency – able to understand and participate in engineering decisions

o Experience with end\-to\-end application delivery

• Ability to present your products to external customers, including senior management


• Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped


• Experience with Data ingestion frameworks, ETL, APIs, Snowflake

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate experience


• Experience at a multi\-national organization
