- Location; Remote, adhoc travel to London
This role will focus on transforming a fragmented technology estate into a scalable, self service platform that enables teams to plan, target, publish and measure colleague communications more effectively. A key area of responsibility will be shaping how communications are delivered through future AI enabled workplace experiences.
Key Requirements • Proven Product Management experience within enterprise technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and colleague communications technologies.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic product development with operational and legacy technology management.
- Experience working within agile and transformation environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define outcomes and priorities.
- Develop scalable, self service capabilities.
- Drive platform consolidation and technology simplification.
- Improve targeting, measurement, resilience and colleague experience.
- Align communications technology with wider digital workplace and AI strategy.
