Your responsibilities
As a Product Manager / Customer Journey Expert, you will:
- Understand merchant needs, market trends and the digital payments landscape to design valuable customer journeys
- Own and manage end‑to‑end payment products and journeys, from idea and refinement to launch, servicing and continuous improvement
- Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements for IT, Risk, Legal, Customer Support, Sales and other stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with the DevOps squad, understanding IT architecture and APIs, and helping to remove impediments creatively and constructively
- Promote your products internally and externally, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Ensure alignment with business principles, risk management and external regulations
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations, dependencies and delivery are aligned with customer needs
- Actively contribute to the success of the self‑steering, multidisciplinary team, while independently managing your own workstreams

You bring:
- Proven experience in digital product or project management
- Solid experience in the Acquiring / Payments domain
- Experience with product promotion, marketing or sales, and building partnerships
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
- The ability to understand IT landscapes and automated processes (APIs, sequence diagrams, system flows)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills
- An entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a clear “can‑do” attitude
- The ability to see the bigger picture while handling operational details
- Fluency in English and at least one national language
- A Master’s degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
