What You’ll Do

• Own Problems, Not Just Solutions:

Work cross\-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams. Foster a culture of psychological safety, trust, and open communication, enabling bold innovation and rapid learning

• Embrace Continuous Learning:

Value what we build and what we learn. Leverage experimentation, feedback, and analytics to iterate quickly, making informed decisions and avoiding costly mistakes

• Model Product Leadership:

What Makes You a Fit

• Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes\-not just outputs\-in product management, ideally in eMobility, energy, retail, or SaaS. We are looking for difference\-makers, not just box tickers.
