Your main tasks
- Develop commercial strategies, pricing models, and compelling value propositions for our product in close collaboration with Sales, Account \& Business Management
- Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value\-based messaging
- Act as a cross\-functional interface and actively contribute to variant development projects for injection systems (autoinjectors)
- Provide functional leadership within interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for assigned product variants after commercial launch
- Independently manage and resolve a wide range of challenges, including technical, quality\-related, logistical, and commercial topics
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can\-do attitude
- Experience working in a GMP\-regulated environment is considered an advantage
- Technical understanding and willingness to engage with complex technical topics are beneficial, especially for candidates with a business background
- Fluency in English (C1\) and German (C1\)
