The Role

We are looking for a highly curious, agile, and execution\-driven Product Management Intern to join our core Product team. At Zymix, you will directly contribute to building a super app that is reshaping the lifestyle of Gen\-Z across Europe.

The ideal candidate has a razor\-sharp intuition for digital products, a passion for exploring the next big thing, and the superpower to deconstruct complex problems into crystal\-clear logic. You will work side\-by\-side with senior product mentors, starting from user pain points to experience the wild ride of product iteration from 0\-to\-1 and 1\-to\-N. What You’ll Own

• User \& Market Research: Assist mentors in conducting user interviews and surveys to capture the genuine pain points and feedback of Gen\-Z users. Perform hardcore competitive analysis and deliver insight\-driven reports to ensure our product always stays ahead of the curve.


• Product Design \& Requirement Scoping: Structure complex business workflows and actively participate in the core design and planning of new features. Take ownership of writing high\-quality, logically rigorous Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and mapping out clean, intuitive wireframes/mockups.


• Cross\-Functional Project Driving (End\-to\-End): Collaborate with UI/UX designers, R\&D engineering teams, and QA testers. Act as the ultimate project time\-keeper to track development schedules and project progress. Participate in pre\-launch feature validation, hardline control product quality, and ensure features launch on time with high standards.


• Data\-Driven Iteration: Assist in tracking post\-launch core metrics (e.g., activation, retention, conversion), leverage data analysis to identify business bottlenecks, and propose actionable product optimizations and iterations.


• Cross\-Departmental Super Glue: Work closely with front\-line business departments like Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support to provide seamless product training and technical support. Collect and synthesize core product requirements from the business side.

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with cross\-functional teams in both languages


• Currently studying towards a Master’s degree or PhD, preferably in Product Management, Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human\-Computer Interaction, or a related field.


• Prior internship experience in product management or operations at an internet company, or experience launching your own side projects is highly valued.
