Your job

In this role, you are responsible for managing all product forms within Crop Management. You analyse market developments, customer needs, technological trends, and competitor activities. You translate these insights into a clear Product Form Plan, in which you set priorities in consultation with the Head of Crops and provide direction for future decisions.

You initiate the complete portfolio of product form projects and coordinate or lead projects aimed at the development or improvement of product forms. You ensure quality, planning, budget, and support within the organisation. Following the Product Form Operating Model, you provide clear reporting, alignment with stakeholders, and continuous improvement.

You work closely with colleagues from Seed Research, Country and Sales, Operations, your direct colleagues, Head of Crops, and you build a strong network both within and outside Bejo to identify innovations early and translate them into opportunities.

For the role of Product Form Manager, you will receive, among other things:

• A gross monthly salary between € 5\.500,00 and € 8\.650,00 for full\-time employment, supplemented by profit sharing and 8\.33% holiday allowance.

To fulfil the role of Product Form Manager, it is essential that you have a well\-developed problem\-solving ability, proactively identifying bottlenecks, quickly understanding complex issues, and delivering effective solutions. Furthermore, you communicate in a connecting manner, maintain an overview, and work result\-oriented in a dynamic environment.

Additionally, you bring:

• Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, preferably with a business/management background


• At least 5 years of relevant experience including (functional) leadership


• Experience in the Food \& Agri sector


• Strong experience with stakeholder management


• Proven experience as a project manager; knowledge of portfolio management is an advantage


• Excellent command of the English language


• Willingness to travel (inter)nationally for approximately 10% of your time
