About the role and key responsibilities

As part of the R\&D department, you will act as the technical interface between development and production. You will play a key role in ensuring that newly developed and existing products are correctly and efficiently transferred to production, as well as in coordinating testing and verification, design changes, and updates to the product portfolio.

The role combines hands\-on technical work, cross\-disciplinary coordination, and structured documentation. You will work closely with development teams, production, external suppliers, and the service organization.

Your primary responsibilities

• Supporting production with technical issues, ad hoc troubleshooting, and deviations


• Coordinating test and validation activities


• Defining NPI processes and ensuring handover from R\&D to production


• Ensuring quality, traceability, and correct technical product documentation (mechanical, electronics, software)


• Leading root cause analyses, testing, and improvement initiatives


• Acting as 2nd\-line technical support


• Ensuring robust handover between development and production (mechanical, electronics, software)


• Acting as a technical sparring partner during implementation at subcontractors

Your profile

You thrive in a role that combines development and operational perspectives and are motivated by making things work in practice. You work in a structured and proactive manner and enjoy an environment with both technical challenges and a need for cross\-functional coordination.

We imagine that you have:

• A technical background (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, production engineering, or similar)


• Experience with production engineering, product engineering, and R\&D support, including NPI processes


• Experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic and/or mechanical systems, as well as cooperation with suppliers on test and validation setups


• An interest in documentation (D4\), revisions, and structured ECM work


• Knowledge of ERP/PLM systems (D365 or similar) is an advantage


• Experience working in cross\-disciplinary projects and with supplier interfaces


• An analytical, solution\-oriented mindset and strong communication skills, both written and verbal – also in English
