Product Engineer (Growth)
About the Role
Join a fast\-growing, engineering\-heavy open\-source LLM observability platform that sits at the center of how developers build, monitor, and improve AI applications. The platform provides tracing, prompt management, evaluation, experimentation, and cost/latency monitoring — and is trusted by a large share of the Fortune 50 with millions of monthly SDK downloads.
As a Product Engineer on the Growth team, your work will directly influence the most important growth metrics: top\-of\-funnel, activation, adoption, and expansion. You'll have high ownership, real data to work with, and the latitude to run big bets on how the product grows.
What You'll Do
- Understand how users engage — build and maintain a data stack (e.g. PostHog, BigQuery, dbt, Metabase) to generate insights into user behavior and map core product funnels for each feature area.
- Improve activation — reduce time\-to\-value for new users through in\-product guidance, onboarding flows, and self\-serve improvements.
- Drive adoption and expansion — identify drop\-off points in the product and ship experiments (A/B tests, feature nudges) to increase feature breadth adoption across the product suite.
- Build and maintain SDKs and integrations — own client\-side SDK packaging, versioning, multi\-language releases, and developer\-facing integrations.
- Collaborate cross\-functionally — work closely with product, design, marketing, and sales to align growth initiatives and communicate technical tradeoffs clearly.
- Stay at the frontier — experiment with agentic workflows and shape how the platform supports the next generation of LLM application developers.
