Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer for the Technology Center in Thimister/Belgium.

Location: We are based in Thimister\-Clermont, Belgium.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Product Development project activities and for achieving the project objectives.


• Design activities such as the creation of design studies, master assemblies and detailed drawings, including related design calculations.


• Coordinate detailed design drawing activities globally.


• Standardize key design features for the product range.


• Create and maintain product documentation such as design catalogues, hydraulic performance curves, product manuals and tools.


• Utilize current technologies, develop tools and methods to control designs.


• Effective communication with manufacturing entities and Product Management global organization to ensure a collaborative approach.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4\+ years’ industry experience


• Fluency in English and French


• Strong collaboration skills within a global, multicultural environment


• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g. NX, SolidWorks)


• A customer\-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical needs into solutions


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
