As a Product Designer at flatexDEGIRO, your main responsibility is to create intuitive and consistent user experiences that support our mission to “Simplify the complex.”
You will play a key role in shaping our digital products by contributing to a scalable design system and collaborating closely with Product, IT, Marketing, and business stakeholders. Your work will help ensure fast execution, clarity, and high\-quality experiences across our platforms.
What tasks can you expect with us?
- Design \& Delivery
+ Translate low\-fidelity sketches and wireframes into polished digital experiences
+ Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency
+ Clearly communicate design decisions and specifications to development teams
- Research \& Validation
+ Validate hypotheses and design solutions based on user insights
+ Support measurement plans to evaluate the performance of new features and iterations
- Collaboration \& Feedback
+ Balance feedback and requirements throughout design iterations
+ Review and provide constructive feedback on other designers’ work, supporting team growth
What do we want from you?
- University degree in Design, Human\-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design for consumer\-facing digital products
- Experience in the financial services or trading environment, with general knowledge of financial products
- Strong background in both web and mobile design, including complex data visualization
- Hands\-on experience with design systems (as a user and/or creator)
- Experience in inclusive design, accessibility, localization, and universal design principles
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and rapid prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with UX research methods and usability testing
- Experience working in early\-stage or strategic product phases
- Very good written and spoken English
- Confident use of common Office applications
