Product Designer (B2B Contract)

Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, leading product design initiatives from discovery and concept development through delivery and iteration.


• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals, technical requirements, and user needs into intuitive product experiences.


• Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interaction models that clearly communicate product concepts and design solutions.


• Leverage AI-powered tools and methodologies to accelerate design workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences.


• Establish, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems that ensure consistency, usability, and visual excellence across digital products.


• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions and continuously optimize product experiences.


• Contribute to product strategy discussions by bringing user-centric thinking, design expertise, and innovative ideas to the development process.


• Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.


• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools and processes into the UX/UI design lifecycle in collaboration with product and engineering teams.


• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving for digital products.


• Proven ability to translate complex user requirements and business objectives into intuitive, elegant, and effective design solutions.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and modern design best practices.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design rationale and influence stakeholders across disciplines.


• Experience working independently in remote, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environments.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.


• Understanding of front-end development constraints and implementation considerations is considered an advantage.


• Interest in cybersecurity, AI technologies, deep-tech products, and innovative software solutions is highly valued.


• Professional fluency in English.
