Purpose

As Product Content Lead, you will take ownership of bringing Eurocamp’s holiday experiences to life across all digital and distribution channels. Acting as a champion for the brand within the Product Content department, you will bridge the gap between central teams and local markets, owning the "Enrich" and "Publish" stages of the product content lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lifecycle Management: Oversee the enrichment, structuring, and timely publishing of holiday park features, accommodation specs, and rich media across websites, apps, and partner feeds.

· Quality Control \& Performance: Maintain content quality standards, run regular content audits, and track performance metrics while resolving data or display issues.

· Localisation \& Transcreation: Coordinate external translation agencies and collaborate with local marketing teams to ensure copy is culturally aligned and optimized for search in core markets.

· Brand \& Content Optimization: Champion Eurocamp's brand voice, align content with marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, CRM), and work with UX/Testing teams to improve website user journeys.

Skills, knowledge, attitude and experience:

· Experience: 3–5\+ years in a Product Content, E\-commerce, or Localisation Lead role (Travel, Hospitality, or Leisure sectors strongly preferred).

· Technical Skills: Hands\-on experience managing CMS, PIM, and DAM systems.

· Localisation Expertise: Proven background coordinating multi\-language content workflows, agency pools, and TMS/CAT tools.

· Analytical \& Detail\-Oriented: High precision with complex data structures and the ability to track content completeness and performance KPIs.

· Languages: Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Dutch, or German) are a strong advantage.
