Product and Supply Chain Business Analyst (f/m/d)

Your role:
We’re in business to save our home planet. The Product Supply Chain Business Analyst strengthens Patagonia EMEA’s operational excellence by improving the processes and systems that power the Product function, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and global strategic frameworks. The role translates business needs into scalable systems, data models and workflows that enhance accuracy, efficiency and collaboration across Product, Supply Chain and cross regional partners.
The position acts as an advisor to the product leadership team and plays a critical role in strengthening organizational agility, reducing operational risk, and building robust, future\-ready ways of working across Product and Supply Chain.
Main tasks:
- Product process expertise
- Business requirements system design
- Cross functional collaboration project partnership
- Testing, change management adoption
- Operational data integrity reporting
What we’re looking for:

- This is a Full\-time position based in Amsterdam
- We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
