Key Accountabilities \& Responsibilities:
- Build \& maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors and act as a point of contact
- Interface with suppliers and Keelings to ensure cost effective strategies
- Support with procurement strategies and ensure alignment with company policy and contracts.
- Support and lead meetings, tenders, negotiations and communication on behalf of the business.
- Generate commercial reports, provide market insights and present to senior leadership when required.
- Purchase Order Management activities
- Manage and maintain vendor database, including contact information, pricing agreements, and contract details.
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to perform well under pressure in an ever\-changing environment
- Highly accurate and attention to detail essential
- Candidates must speak fluent English.
- Candidate will need their own transport as this role is primarily based in St Margaret's, Co Dublin
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment would be advantageous
