We are currently seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Procurement Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, supplier communication, and procurement processes within our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.

  • Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement.

  • Track orders and resolve any supply or delivery issues.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor databases.

  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.

  • Support cost\-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

  • Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing data when required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software/ERP systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with international suppliers and logistics coordination.

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and inventory management.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.

  • Understanding of contract management and vendor performance evaluation.
