Job description

Job Title: Procurement and O\&M Administrator

Department: Logistics

Reports To: Logistics Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • To procure materials and labour services to an efficient standard by processing Purchase Order requests for the Gloucester and MOD Sales and Project Management teams. It is essential to check the information is sufficient for an order to be placed and checking contractors are suitably approved for the works they are being requested to do.

  • Updating Goldmine to ensure that all project information is clear, accurate and easily accessible.

  • Breadcrumb Software – Support teams by setting up in Breadcrumb once sites move to course of

  • construction.

  • Procore Software – Super Admin role setting up projects and all tasks associated with the Super Admin role.

  • Administering the return of unwanted goods from site back to suppliers and chasing up credit notes.

  • Preparation of the project operation and maintenance manuals for the Mitie, Brecon and Gloucester Teams (compilation of all project documentation and relevant instructions for fixtures and fittings).

  • Answering the phone.

  • Incoming and outgoing post.

  • Assisting the IT and Design Director with delivery of the Gloucester building maintenance schedule.

  • Ordering of all office supplies including skips.

  • Collating VAT receipts for Barclays Precision Pay.

  • Completing supplier credit application forms in conjunction with Accounts.

  • Providing cover for the Procurement and Logistics Coordinator.

  • To act in a manner which consistently promotes the core values of Bbi and to help any Bbi employee, customer or supplier with any services or skills that may promote its good reputation and aid company development.
Pay: £26,630\.00 per year
